Business Review Group and Team Nova would like to welcome Spencer Cox to the team.

Even during these trying times of ‘Lockdowns’ and ‘Working From Home’, the wheels of Defence do not stop. Although Spencer was unable to commence his first day with Business Review Group on site, he did manage to commence work remotely. Spencer has recently retired from the RAAF and has chosen to continue his career with Defence in an above the line capacity through Team Nova and BRG.

Spencer will be providing both an Engineering and Integrated Logistics Support function to SEA 1442 ‘Project Hermes’. SEA 1442 is a multi-phase project to provide a maritime communications and information exchange architecture to meet the Australian Defence Force (ADF) requirements for Network Centric Warfare (NCW) in the maritime environment.

Spencer has extensive experience in Logistics and Systems Engineering along with a MSysEng, GD Mgt, Grad. Cert. in Pro.j Mgt, and BArts. He has just recently provided services to AIR3503 as the Sustainment Lead, transitioning and uplifting Air Force intelligence systems from CASG, into CIOG as the Lead delivery agency.
