JOSCAR

BRG is a registered member of the Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register (JOSCAR), providing independent assurance to Defence and industry customers that BRG has completed a recognised supplier qualification and compliance process.

JOSCAR registration demonstrates that BRG’s corporate information, policies and assurance credentials have been subject to a standardised validation process and are available to participating buying organisations across the Defence, aerospace and security sector.

This reduces duplication in supplier due diligence, streamlines procurement and onboarding, and enables BRG to demonstrate its readiness to do business with Defence and major industry partners.

ICN Gateway

BRG is registered on ICN Gateway, a nationally recognised platform that connects Australian suppliers with major government, Defence, infrastructure and industry projects. Registration provides BRG with increased visibility to project owners, prime contractors and procurement organisations seeking capable Australian businesses and enables BRG to showcase its specialist professional services, Defence experience and sovereign industry capability.

Importantly, BRG’s presence on the platform supports Australian Industry Capability (AIC) objectives by making it easier for Defence primes and major contractors to identify and engage a capable Australian SME when developing their supply chains and AIC commitments.

ISO 19443

BRG certification [pending] to ISO 19443:2018 – Quality Management Systems: Specific Requirements for the Application of ISO 9001 by Organisations in the Supply Chain of the Nuclear Energy Sector provides independent assurance that BRG operates a quality management system aligned with the stringent requirements of the nuclear industry. Certification demonstrates BRG’s commitment to nuclear safety culture, quality assurance, risk management, traceability, configuration control, competence and the prevention of counterfeit, fraudulent and suspect items, with particular emphasis on products, services and activities important to nuclear safety.

For BRG, this provides a significant advantage when supporting Australia’s nuclear-powered submarine enterprise under AUKUS, including work associated with the Australian Submarine Agency and its industry partners, by demonstrating that BRG understands and applies internationally recognised nuclear-sector quality principles
